"I had to cancel as my booking was confirmed as a 26 mile trip when it's actual 3 miles. I spoke to someone who said I will loose my deposit and also be charged another 40% !!!

"I did not receive a confirmation email and I tried to call your company all morning to find out pick up details. I left several messages but my call wasn't returned. I then had to pay another taxi £60 to take me to the airport.
This was not the drivers fault.
I would like to have a refund of £44.50 please.
