"The company contacted me before the journey and I saw that the car was not as booked. It was a big downgrade from a Tesla Model S to a Kia Ceed. I queried this with the company who told me th car had broken down, then I pointed out I paid extra for this car and it was not a suitable alternative. After that they offered me 10% discount on my next journey with them which is clearly not acceptable. Nor was not contacting me directly to explain the change.
After all this the driver turned up in a different car which was more suitable anyway. Not a company I would use again"
