"Your driver was great, however the trouble I had booking a driver spoilt this journey and the other journey I had booked which was cancelled at short notice.
I’m very disappointed with your service as a company but as your driver was so early, waited for me and my guests and was pleasant I give him nearly full marks but I won’t be ordering a taxi from you again.
